Hymax to build Sunset Magazine Idea House 2004

HyMax Building Corp has been selected by Newhall Land (http://www.valencia.com) and Sunset Magazine to develop and construct the Sunset Magazine Design Idea House 2004.
The home will be constructed on home site 121 of the Westridge Estates, located just west of the 5 freeway in Valencia, CA. Westridge Estates consists of 86 custom home sites, providing the opportunity to construct and individual custom home and a beautiful gated community. Construction will commence on approximately July 15, 2003, with Completion expected by June 2004.

The home as designed by Architect Dave George of David George & Associates (Newport Beach, CA), is to be approximately 5,500 sq ft. of living area, 800 sq ft. of garage and a 1,100 sq. ft basement to be used as a media/entertainment center, complete with bar and bath. The home will be a Spanish Colonial/Monterey Style, reminiscent of many of the homes built in California in the early part of the 20th century.

Mike Blaha, the president of Hymax Buiding Corp. is pleased to announce that Hy-max Building has completed an agreement with Newhall Land and Farm, and has successfully secured a reservation on Lot 91. Lot 91 is located in the manor homes section of the Westridge Estates.
